Conference description

This two-day international conference focuses on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and market regulation.

  • Day 1 addresses technical developments and regulatory responses.
  • Day 2 discusses key challenges for competition law, such as the conflict between competition and industrial-policy interests, and how to keep markets open despite concentrated control of key inputs.
    The event is organized in cooperation with the Vereinigung für das gesamte Regulierungsrecht (Day 1) and the Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA) (Day 2).
