European democracy is in danger.
We invite you to a debate on current hybrid threats and challenges with MEP Lena Düpont (CDU) and Martha Turnbull, Director of Hybrid Influence at the Hybrid CoE. Ms Düpont will present the European Democracy Shield initiative. Foreign actors are attempting to influence elections and shape public debate, while technological dependencies have made many European countries vulnerable. The European Parliament Liaison Office in Germany, in cooperation with the Political Tech Summit 2026, invites you to a detailed panel discussion on this critical challenge.
